Don’t Be Separated

Grace and peace to the body of Christ,

In this the hour of our testing and trial, know that God is with you and for you. The world is changing, the time is short, now is not the time to be separated from the body of Christ. There is power in unity, where one can put a thousand to flight, two can put ten thousand to flight. We need each other now more than ever. The Master warned us that in the last days we should not forsake the gathering of the saints, as is the manner of some. (Hebrews 10:25) Why? We need to encourage one another, we need to support one another, and we need to pray for one another.

Time is short and the enemy is rising up angrier than ever because he knows his time is short. He told us in the last days, men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. (2 Timothy 3:2-5) People are calling those things that are good evil, and those things that are evil good.

Don’t be caught unawares having begun this journey in the spirit, do we think we can perfect ourselves in the flesh?(Galatians 3:3) The answer is no, we need Jesus Christ more than ever in our lives, our homes, our school, in our government, and yes even in our Churches. Remember what He instructed us, “if My people who are called by My name will humble, themselves, and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place.” (2 Chronicles 7:14) Never forget that God loves you, and gave His most precious gift to us, His Son If He loves you so much, than what good thing would He withhold from you? The battle is great, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.

Your Servant in Christ,
Pastor Dave
