Earnestly Declaring the Kingdom

All of us are a gift of the kingdom. We are therefore called to declare the kingdom with that gift and with the grace that accompanies it.

We are constantly in process of being changed for the kingdom. As we get into a greater relationship with Christ, the need to change becomes greater. The motives of our hearts need to change. We often do the right things, maybe even for the right reasons, but we need to have pure motives. If we do not have the right motives in our hearts, whatever is built will need to be pulled down because the foundation will not be able to support the glory. A solid foundation prevents the enemy from having any kind of legal access to our lives. It also gives us legal access to the kingdom.

The foundation of our lives in the kingdom is to first know and understand what the Father wants from us, and then to have a heart to do it. The kingdom is declared when we yield to God and submit to Him. When we yield, and demonstrate the love of Christ, we are declaring His kingdom wherever we go.

Prophecy is another key. Prophesying is giving Heaven permission to operate in the earth. Remember, man was given authority over the earth, and therefore Heaven can only operate legally on earth at the request of man. When we prophesy, we proclaim God’s will into the earth and permit it to legally come to pass.

God has already declared the end from the beginning. When we agree with Him, that declaration then becomes active in our relationships. It becomes active in a way that allows us to act in His authority when we stand and speak. When we speak and prophesy, it is not our responsibility to make it work – that’s God’s responsibility. We often stop ourselves from speaking and proclaiming the Word because we worry about whether or not it will come to pass. All God needs from us is our agreement.
