A Life in Disrepair

Like a physical building, it is much easier to maintain our lives than it repair them after they’ve become ruined. When we start to see disrepair in our lives, we need to start figuring out why we have problems. When we go along without the presence of the Lord, our joy fades and our lives become fill of fear and despair, not joy or love.

Maintenance of our lives is a daily process. Just like Israel was commanded to collect fresh manna everyday and not try to store it up for multiple days, we need to feed daily on the Word and prayer.

Key Scriptures: Proverbs 4:19, Proverbs 6:6-11, Exodus 16
